Two Mile Ash Post Office

My elderly mum uses this post office quite a lot to withdraw money and sometime in the last couple of months they've given her one of the old paper 10 notes which went out of circulation in 2018!!! We can say with absolute confidence that she didn't receive it elsewhere because she only withdraws money to pay to her gardener, hair dresser and cleaner, for regular shopping she always uses a debit card. This isn't the first time this post office has pulled a fast one, quite some time ago and possibly the previous owner she was also given a fake 20 note. Personally I think this needs looking into by Head Office, my mum is 84 so she didn't even know she'd been caught out until she tried paying her hair dresser with the old 10. Poor woman, obviously she was quite embarrassed by the whole ordeal. Of course now we have the inconvenience of having to travel to a bank to exchange the note, presumably the staff at this post office couldn't be bothered to do it themselves! Not happy....
