        Saturday morning long queue, 2 members of staff serving. One customer has a bag full of parcels and was at the counter for at least 10 minutes whilst I was in the queue. Finally I got within 3 people in front of me when the other window closed, despite the long queue! I left, 15 minutes later I came back, still only one window open and the queue was even longer! This PO had always been slow, and the women just chat to each other without any urgency whilst serving, how rude!

        Insufficient staff, I queued for 10 minutes inside Tescos, no movement, then told the queue was outside, found another 6 people waiting there. Action needs to be taken by a company that's got a terrible track record, no wonder we don't use postal services any more.
