        Went to hospital this morning for a procedure. Not on list. We sent a letter to rearrange a different date. they said. I knew then that all the mail we were expecting, not just from the hospital, was held up by the Royal Mail for well over a fortnight. I phoned them, complained by email, went to their delivery office at Kiln Farm, then to Brinklow. Couldnt find my mail. Got home and what do I find there - dozens of letters!!! Im disgusted with the service and it doesnt deserve even one star.
