Tried to contact them for months to arrange a service on our gas boiler which they fitted, no reply from them either by phone, text, or e-mail , totally unreliable .

Need boiler serviced so phoned and left a voicemail message - no one got back to me. So then I completed their online form a week later and am still waiting for someone to get in touch. Not very impressive - if this company lacks the courtesy to return a call or respond to an online request, then I don't hold much hope for the service they provide, so will look elsewhere.

I was looking for a plumbing service and came across The Ashley Heating Company. They are Incredibly reliable and provide a great service. Works had been carried out very neatly and efficiently throughout. Very pleased we have used them. Definitely would recommend them. Thank you :-)

These guys done such an amazing replacing our old boiler. It wasn't an easy task but these guys persisted and done a great job! The old boiler was in the kitchen and then replaced it with a Combi boiler and moved it into the loft. Any issues along the way, they persisted until they conquered and never left a job half done. We gained wall space in the kitchen and I gained a shoe cupboard!! Since then the guys have been back and forth helping us sort out some other plumbing tasks around the house, as these guys don't only do boilers! (they're probably sick of us by now haha!) They are dedicated, friendly and very passionate about their work, so always do a great job. Thanks so much guys!!
