I used HDS service to install new boiler in August 2022. The quotation/appointment booking was very easy. I received timely update and reminder message and email regarding my appointment. Engineer visited the property and noted all the points and provided most accurate quote highlighting all the required works. I had further conversation with HDS via emails and phone to discuss all other possible options and amended the quote to suit my requirement without any hesitation. I finalised HDS noticing their diligence in quote, communication and suggestion highlighting extra work required to do decent job. I am happy with new boiler installation. Engineers were very considerate of my property and left my home tidy. I will certainly use HDS next time for any small/big job.

Amazing company. Had a complete new bathroom and moved out during the process. What a trustworthy, polite and professional team. We were kept informed at every stage of the installation. Job involved ripping out existing bathroom and installing shower, toilet, basin, tilling, false ceiling, new fuse board and many other aspects. All done to a very high standard of workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. How many companies could you entrust your home to?
