AVOID at all costs! Alex has failed to show up at 5 different boiler service appointments. Various reasons for the first few appts, then no-show and lastly have no response to my request for a refund, and I now have a case escalated with PayPal. Words fail me.

Failed to show up and has taken my money despite promising a refund so now I am out of pocket and having to raise a dispute with Paypal. Avoid.
