I recently had an interview with this company and they didnt offer me the job.
It had nothing to do with my employment history or my keys skills, I would have excepted as fair feedback.
The reasons were:
1. I took the interview outdoors (a very quiet, private place I picked), personally it was at 2:30pm, did they really expect me to stop my whole day for an 15/20 minute interview, no one was around and there was zero background noise.
And I was professionally dressed.
2. I was using my mobile for the Teams interview, I dont own an laptop. If that was an issue, then interview in person.
3. A call came in towards the end of the interview, I cancelled the call (phone was on silent).
If you dont like people using their phones for an Teams interview, provide a laptop or interview in person, not everyone can afford or have access to a laptop.

While on the Teams interview, I was advised that the company has been experiencing some issues the last few years and they have recently brought in new staff to turn around the business.
Seems like a high turnover of staff.
