The Greedy Pizza

Unfortunately waiting 2+ hours for a preordered pizza isn't good enough. I have eaten here before and it was amazing but this time the service has been shocking, placed my order at 7.10pm for delivery at 8.30 once my baby was asleep. They called me at 7.30 saying they have run out of large pizzas and to swap to mediums instead to which we agreed. Recieved a text at 8.30 to say it was on its way but by 8.50 still nothing, I then call back to check where it was as we live 5mins away for the lady to say they haven't cooked it yet and now don't even have the alternative they offered us so can they change it to sides. Shocking service and a real shame given we have loved their takeaway in the past, waiting for a refund now.

We moved into the area some time ago now and feel this review is long over due. Were big foodies my partner and I and we love a pizza. We wouldn't go anywhere else for a pizza now, the food is great and they have the gluten free base option as well.. the 6 card stamp deal is a great feature too for getting some money off as a reward to keep ordering from them

Well, on the positive note the delivery was few minutes earlier than estimated and the driver was lovely. Foodwise the chicken dippers and tiramisu were really tasty, also the dips are big size. Unfortunately, pizzas, the main thing we were craving, were quite bland. Not mentioning that each extra topping would have costed +2! Ridiculous for a few bits of red onion or a few olives! No seasoning on pizza whatsoever, dough was quite chewy or rather under-cooked? I ended up having have to put some olive oil, salt, garlic, oregano and basil on top and sticking it in airfryer for a few more minutes, what a difference it made! At least there was a 25% discount. Please use some seasoning on pizzas!
