Papa John's Pizza

First time ordering a papa johns and this will be the last. Pros - quick delivery Cons - actual pizza was incredibly light on toppings and mine was very chewy (thin crust). There was no flavour, it could have been cardboard. My partner found a curly hair embedded into his first slice. Garlic dip was oily and essentially tasted like cheap melted margarine. Quite frankly incredibly expensive for the product received. We both wished we had purchased some frozen pizzas and put them in the oven ourselves as even the economy, cheaper than cheap 1 pizzas would have been more enjoyable, had more flavour, and saved us the 35 (including a 20% discount). Really disappointed as I've heard good things about the brand. Sadly not my experience whatsoever. Won't be returning.

So Papa Johns offer you a deal to get a large pizza delivered and then they still want extra for delivery, and that still isn't enough so you pay for an XXL pizza just to get It delivered and It's warm. Then when you phone Oldbrook saying that you want a hot pizza, he says 'that he can't do anything and that It left the shop hot'. I said It's up to you deliver a hot pizza, or I'll just leave a negative review and will do a chargeback with my bank. We know how It works to many orders for the driver, or not enough drivers and pizzas are getting cold in store. Safe to say he thinks that they get enough business with all the other pizza shops in MK and so refused, well here's the review and on Monday I'll be doing the chargeback and next time try another of the other 20 pizza joints in MK.

Order pizza and noticed that there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. Clearly there is an attempt to save cheese and thus money but at the expense of product quality. This is the second time this has happened.
