Took longer than they said by half hour, to then receive wrong item and missing items which i called to tell them so they sent another order out which took another half hour which they also got wrong again. Very annoyed and disappointed that they don't listen to the customer

Stood there for over 10 mins ,staff member never acknowledged me at all, ended up walking out , as I'm disabled and couldn't stand any longer Very disappointed

First time in a long while I've used them and clearly a change of management. I had a cheeseburger and the quality of the burger is nothing like it used to be. Was very disappointing as tasted really cheap
