Amore Pizzeria MK

I've been eating here for a few years since I discovered it by chance through their advertising around Bletchley. The quality of the pizzas are great, they have good choices of sides and try new things regularly. The price is also pretty competitive compared to other local pizzerias and they regularly have offers on. However, I'm marking this as 1 down to at least three terrible customer experiences I've had. On two ocassions I've ordered a pizza, paid and then nothing has shown up. Sometimes I've waited for an hour and a half, sometimes other stores have contacted me to say no one is working on that day and even one time I had another store feel so guilty they delivered a pizza to me. Do not trust the opening times on google or on their app. The only fairly reliable way is through checking on deliveroo/uber eats which I should not have to do. I've also ordered through their app and used a promo code and have been contacted by them to say say I cannot use the code as it's only available for other stores. I've then been asked to pay full price or forced to get a refund for the whole order. I've contacted them in the past about their app but received no feedback and it still shows incorrect information so they clearly don't even care enough which is even more frustrating. I've given up now on Amore pizzeria, every time I go back it ends up being a disappointment not related to the food which is even worse. I hope they sort it out but I would not recommend this place at all right now due to their unreliability, specifically at this store.

Fantastic! The best pizza in MK Smash burgers are something amazing, my partner had many burgers in his life and he said this one is the best Always super hot when picking up, I have never ordered for delivery but can recommend pick up! Will order again for sure!

Had a delivery of margarita pizza and a pepperoni pizza with chips and cheese garlic bread really lovely and still really hot. Very happy and friendly driver that delivered
