        The practice and mindset of Pilates should be part of any exercise routine be it light or intense. Angie is particularly excellent at teaching this through matwork or other equipment such as a Reformer. When necessary she can make it seem easy, hard, thought provoking, interesting, and most importantly enjoyable. I would highly recommend a lesson, class, term, or more. Your only regret will be in not getting in touch with her earlier. There is a reason why so many of her students are long time regulars. Just don't take my slot.

        Ive been seeing Angie for 121 and group classes for 4 years and Im anazed at how she manages to make it feel fresh, enjoyable and tailored to my needs after all this time. She is encouraging, really knowledgable about her craft, endlessly interested and interesting...honestly could not recommend her highly enough

        I have 1-1 sessions with Angie and she is brilliant. I have Sacro-Iliac Joint Dysfunction and I've found the exercises Angie has prescribed really help. I highly recommend.
