Have to say my favourite part of Mon/Wed/Thurs & Sat is Reformer Pilates at Yogomotiv with Sarah and the team. I have got stronger and fitter with with great guidance from the team, if I could go everyday I would :-). Such a great team and brilliant classes with fab like minded people. I have been a member at Yogomotiv for almost 4 years. I have attended yoga classes, pilates classes (on the mat) and also the reformer pilates classes. I have loved every classes there. The teachers are all really knowledgeable and fun and they really care about your wellbeing and work with you towards your goals whether they are fitness, physical or mental well-being goals. Yogomotiv is so much more than just a yoga and pilates studio, it is a close knit community full of wonderful people.

Love doing reformer Pilates here, all the instructors are friendly, the environment is relaxing and I look forward to the sessions every week with small groups and individual attention for everyone!
