long queues just to be seen to purchase something over the counter & They never open on time in the morning. *Don't waste your time at 9:AM * & Another pharmacy opens few blocks away Report them to change management or close the pharmacy down.

Very bad pharmacy with rude staff including pharmacist. They kept out prescription for a month when visited they said we don't have this medication in stock and our phone lines are dead for few weeks we can't call anyone. No behaviour of apology or accepting mistake. Customer service ZERO

Absolutely useless.Phoned 12 times on 24th March, 3 times on 27th March wanting to inquire about a prescription that had been placed. The phone rang but was never answered. I sent my daughter to the shop only to be told they didn't have the item! They can send a text when it's ready, why not send a text when items are unavailable? That's 5 days without my meds! I've changed my pharmacy.

Avoid this place like the plague! The old man pharmacist is a dragon - he has no customer service skills. The other workers are slow and have no remorse. Unprofessional and slow.
