customercare@avicennapharmacy - you've replied to reviews here several times asking customers to get in touch with more information.
There is CLEARLY a repeating pattern of poor service - please can you outline here what is actually being done to improve things. Waiting with hope

I hate giving poor reviews but of the more than 20 times I have been in to collect a prescription, I cannot recall ever not having to queue for at least 10 minutes and then wait for another 10 minutes and that is if they haven't lost my prescription. Please, please, please listen to the feedback. Everyone doesn't write reviews but I promise you 8 out of 10 of your customers are unhappy. When you ALWAYS have queues your customers tend to end up talking to each other and they almost all say the same thing! Something is clearly not working. The organization seems to be significantly awry. I have honestly never come across a more disorganised Pharmacy. I want to suport our local businesses but I am fed up and regrettably feel I have no choice other than to go on to one of the many online delivery services. I am really sorry. I wish you well but unless things improve I fear many others will follow suit.
