        Your pharmacy department needs a complete overhaul. The service is as slow as a snail. Its ridiculous every time I visit. There is always a queue and fine if it moves promptly but you need more staff! Beyond frustrating - even when your prescription is ready you have to queue to collect it. There needs to be a collection only point. They often forget to text me also when my prescription is ready which causes great delays.
