I went to the pharmacy with my children this evening to get some calamine cream. I was thrown back with the terrible and embarrassing treatment I got. She was behind the counter, and before telling me what I want she immediately tells me and my husband to step far back from her because she doesnt want to give the chicken pox to her granddaughter. She loudly says this in front of other customers. Showing no compassion and care towards us. She actually was so rude, unkind and unprofessional. There was no physical contact and there was appropriate distance . She was behind the counter and had the guts to say to us PLEASE CAN YOU GO FAR TO THAT SIDE. She didnt even listen or given me a simple answer. I asked her to show me not be little me and my family. She looked disgusted and made us feel so unwelcome. She needs customer service training and how to speak to people better .I complained to another female staff who was siding with her that she was in a rush and she had new born granddaughter.m. Is that my concern, NO. She shouldnt be working at a pharmacy or in the public sector if she doesnt want to be near around people who are not well. The staff I expressed my verbal complaint will Pass on my message to her. No apologies , no compassion or sympathy from either . And not even a Smile.Very poor experience.this was at Milton Keynes Sainsbury, Lloyds pharmacy. I dont want an apology, I just want to be serviced with dignity and respect .

Couldnt wait to get me off the phone, kept interrupting me saying, sorry / thank you, bye while I was asking for advice. Although did answer my questions but I had to keep interrupting the byes. This is a small pharmacy so probably quite busy.
