Before I started training with Jared I was unhappy with my figure, stuck in a rut having tried every diet possible and failed, I weighed exactly the same as I had done 12 months earlier, just as miserable as before- but with guidance, education and support, I have a better understanding of food, my mindset and focus is improved , I feel more confident and I am smashing both my personal and gym goals. I can honestly say working with Jared has been the best money I have ever spent- anyone sat on the fence or unsure- Jared isnt like other PTs he delivers! Give it a go - you have not nothing to loose but everything to gain!

Before joining JB Fitness, I was so tired of being on and off the wagon. I kept losing and gaining back the same 10+kilos. I knew I wanted to be fit and healthy, but just didnt have the motivation to do something about it. With JB Fitness, I am working towards health and fitness goals and feeling so much better for it. I have been consistently eating according to my goals, managing stress, getting quality sleep and hitting the gym, which is actually my favourite part. I have dropped inches and body fat, and upped confidence and energy. Its just the beginning for me and, with Jareds help, Im so looking forward to where Ill be in the next few months. If you are sitting on the fence, get off it! Jared will help you toward your goals in a way that is manageable and sustainable. And its so good to have someone in your corner with the knowledge and skill set to set you up for success! All you have to do is show up everyday and put in your all. Youll get there!

I joined JB fitness in Oct 21 after finally deciding that enough was enough. I wasnt happy with me, I was eating and drinking too much and my weight was just going up. In all honesty I hated looking in the mirror, didnt like my husband looking at me and avoided the camera as much as possible. My original goal was to drop from a size 14-16 to a size 10-12, to improve my overall fitness and feel comfortable in clothes that were overly baggy. At the time of writing this review my eating is now more controlled (and by controlled I absolutely do not mean Ive stopped eating pizza!!!) I have lost weight but also improved my overall muscle tone all over my body and last week purchased a beautiful dress for a work event in a size 8!!! Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined I would ever fit into a size 8! For anyone considering taking the leap I would highly recommend contacting Jared to see what he can do for you. 2 years ago, if you had told me that I would be where I am now I would have laughed at you, but here I am and Ive never felt better.

Jared is so friendly and passionate about what he does, flexible to your life and preferences, and spends time learning what makes you tick so he can plan around this to get the best from you. Hes not interested in quick fixes and will invest time making sure you really understand something which is going to maintain results in the long run. After a couple of months I have already seen a drop in body fat, more confident in the gym (doing things I never would have done before) and an increase in knowledge and understanding. It is scary when you first start as you feel like theres going to be a lot of pressure to do really well straight away but Jared makes this the easiest transition so that it works easily with your life, always there with advice and has a solution to everythingyoull wonder what you ever did before!

Before I started training with Jared I was so anxious about going to the gym, to the point where I avoided it completely. I decided to give it a go and see how it went and its one of the best decisions Ive ever made! I am continuing to grow in confidence at the gym, and even enjoy what Im doing. I go to the gym regularly now, and Im even starting to train on my own between sessions with Jared. This is something I never thought would happen! I feel so much more knowledgable about food, exercise and fat loss, and this has alleviated a lot of the anxiety I was previously feeling. Before I started training with Jared I was a size 18/20, and I am now a comfortable size 12! The original goal that I had was to get down to a size 8/10 and this felt laughable but now its actually in sight! If youre considering joining I would definitely recommend it :)
