I have really enjoyed my first 8 weeks at Grid City Fitness. I have learnt so much about how to eat well, cook well and shop well. I have a knee injury but Afro and Farah made adaptations to workouts so I could still join in and focussed on strengthening my knee. I have loved working out in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Afro and Farah have been so supportive and encouraging throughout. With their help I also lost 11lbs, inches off my body, clothes fitting much better and am now well on my way towards a much leaner body! Really happy as my confidence and energy levels have also grown. I am now a graduate member and can't wait to continue to keep building on everything I have learnt from Afro and Farah about working out, health and nutrition. They really do care! I cannot recommend them enough.
