I was recommended to Lana by a good friend, as I was out of shape after lockdown and really need some professional help and motivation. Her positive non-judgemental attitude and friendly approach really helped me push myself. Having that come on you can do it and come on 10 more really helped me kick start the new year with a renewed interest. I would definitely recommend this young lady as an older lady of 52 having that personal one on one experience helped me gain the confidence to work out and enjoy it once again. Thank you Lana
