I came to Cesca to have powder brows done after having micro bladed brows done previously 4yrs ago done elsewhere, not knowing if they can be corrected. With the skills and knowledge she has she was able to make my brows the best they have ever looked. She is very professional and passionate about what she does and is very welcoming and warm and makes you feel at ease. Cesca goes above and beyond in making sure she gets the shape just right. I wouldnt go anywhere else and I would highly recommend Cesca. Ive since booked in for more treatments which I cannot wait.
