        Been trying to transfer my previous pension out since September last year and have had little to none contact wise. They are not replying to myself and to my current pension provider to the point where they have even stopped chasing them. Awful customer service

        Absolute shambles of Business. No transparency for Employers; lack of communication from support; uploads fail at every attempt then you have to wait for someone to respond, which they don't. Complaint not sufficiently resolved; No reports to Employers of Employees who have opted out (they seem very reluctant to refund contributions); Since they took over the Carey Pension Provider, these people seem inept at properly administrating our Scheme. Had enough! Pension Ombudsman report being compiled. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

        Opted out and still no refund. 4 months. No reply. I feel sorry for anyone that is so desperate as to work for this company. Will e seeking legal advice now. Disgraceful.

        12 months and still no transfer. If your workplace offers a pension with them, decline it and keep your money
