        I did a class recently where Sofia taught us how to make a lovely mushroom risotto and chocolate gelato, both were delicious and not something I would ever have tried making otherwise! Sofia is a fantastic teacher and makes everything so easy. I would 100% recommend her classes to anyone and hope to do more myself soon Ive also bought pasta and macarons from Sofia and both were amazing, almost too good to eat! Packaged beautifully so would make a lovely gift too.

        Sofia has been an amazing instructor to our team of non experienced master-chefs (for a work supported team social event). This was a cooking class for fresh pasta (carbonara) and gelato - using the authentic Italian recipe and ingredients. Absolutely loved it! Thank you so much Sofia
