        I couldn't even give a star if I could. My daughter has regular appointments there. Today, we were 10 minutes late because we had to pick her up from school to have her eye test. Previous appointments we had to stay at least 15-20 min to be seen, but we never complained. Today, we were told they have to reschedule just because of 10 min late. That's not a problem as that is not the only optician in MK . Inconsiderate. They are considered healthcare professionals. They are not !
