        I am trying to book appointments when i am not working, which is quite hard, and they cancel my appointment on the day without any explanation and are asking to book a new one. No, thank you. I will just go to another optician. They are unreliable.

        On the day of the test with the technician I came to the specsavers and they nicely did my test just to tell me the optician didnt come to work. I took time to get off work to do eye test and they were adamant to book me in 2 hours when I already had to be back at work. No respect for time of people who come to check eyes there.

        Really nice and helpful staff. And great value, they sorted out my daughters eye test and glasses perfectly, much better than the opticians I have been using, I know where I'll be booking in next time.

        On behalf of son..He would like to thank specsavers for their help (NOT). After previously spending 120 on eyetest/glasses previous month. Asked them to check cyst before going to A&E. Wouldnt help said had to make appointment and would be chargeable.
