        Fantastic service - moved from my old opticians (who closed) and DW Roberts welcomed me with open arms; friendly but professional. Quick service for an "awkward" prescription even in lockdown and the discount for a second pair was an unexpected bonus. Will use again

        Please beware if you have a special needs child . My wife took our special needs daughter into this opticians today .We did warn the company before hand with that she can be hard work due to her autism . They assured us this would be fine . However when we arrived the staff member clearly had no experience with dealing with an autistic child. The whole test was a right off and we have been left with a very distressed little one. Definitely wouldn't recommend this opticians if you have a special needs child.
