Brandon has a very refreshing approach to nutrition and managed to devise a plan that did not compromise a lot on things that I love. I find it easy to follow as my preferences were considered in the process. With this plan I started noticing positive changes after only 2 weeks, with increased energy levels, drop in weight and a better mood. Looking forward to my follow up and definitely recommend!

Brandon did took the time during our first consultation to take into consideration all my food intolerances, what I like and don't like, and he tailored me a meal plan suitable and perfect for my special nutritional needs, otherwise I would never thought about. After just a few days into my new meal plan I'm feeling myself again - full of energy, clear minded, and I'm actually very happy. Thank you a lot Brandon!
