I've got a few issues to cover:
- Since the new management was in place (Start of this year) noone really has a strong feel for what they're doing and there's no clear direction of what's happening, a lot of promises with no action.
- Unfair treatment within the department, there's evident favourites and it's not very welcoming to work under such conditions.
- When you raise an issue or a concern it then gets responded to as 'an excuse'.
- Quite a few discriminating factors.
- When I was in the process of leaving and in garden leave, I had my messages ignored by management, I left on good terms and for the good of my career but I got treated as if I had done something wrong.

Yes this is exactly what I tried to do which is talk to management, there's nothing else I could possibly say to Medical Staffing unfortunately. Turnover and statistics like that should show you if you compared the figures from last year this time to this year this time.
