Yamaha Music is a huge company but visit here and you will find a family of workers all passionate about their particular field in Yamaha. OK this is mainly for reps and dealers but Yamaha do very much care about the end users and this HQ is set up to give the best possible experience.

After serious problems with retailer (who I shall not mention), I had to turn to Yamaha directly. I can only say that so far their customer care has been fantastic. They know how to listen and their technical staff get what engineering actually is. It's called problem solving.

I bought a tyros 5 76 keyboard After three months developed a fault sent back to agent where I bought it less than two months later same fault ,last time it had to have a complete new master board ,Ive always loved Yamaha products but now Im really get5ing disenchanted Ill have to wait and see what they do this time.All Ive done is turn on the keyboard play a few songs then turn the keyboard off and put covers back on it .
