Mortgage Light

Genuinley a terrible experience and will not recommend. Chased James Deakin multiple times via phone and email and no response. I have been waiting for over 1 month and not even received a mortgage in principle. The last time I rang for an update I told them I will cancel my application and they promised someone will call me back. 1 week later and still no response. I have now cancelled my application and had to choice but to shop elsewhere. I also work in the property industry and would never recommend this company to any of my clients or business partners. Please do not believe the positive reviews on here as I believed them and ultimately wasted over 1 month and still in the same position.

Sam Knight, the most dedicated, compassionate and caring advisor. Has never failed me and I've used her on many occasions now. She actually cares about her job and people and has been a huge support throughout a very difficult time. We are extremely grateful as ever and couldnt recommend her enough to anyone needing an advisor.

Really disappointed with Mortgage Light. A friend recommended this to me having received a good service. Unfortunately I didn't get answers back to any emails or calls from Alex. Should have had a mortgage offer weeks ago and now the mortgage market has gone crazy so I've missed out! I really wish I had gone with another broker.

MortgageLight, you are superb. Really helped me sort out the headache that comes with the house-purchase process. Gary and Kerry were absolutely top-class. Fast responses, accurate and professional advice. Would recommend.
