I must say that all dealings with Visionary Finance for me have been fantastic. I have used them multiple times over the years and usually ask for a lady called Lauren as she is extremely efficient and well mannered. With that said, you can imagine how disappointed I was to hear she was leaving and that her clients were being handed over to a lady called Faye. From the start Faye had some BIG boots to fill as I can often be demanding and abrupted (all things Lauren managed well of course) especially if the application process took longer than I thought it should. However, Faye has definitely risen to and surpassed the challenge with a level of professionalism not often seen in this industry. I'm also convinced that she's clairvoyant as Faye often knew what I need before even I did. Please give this woman a pay rise as I have no doubt that she generates and retains a lot of business for this company.

Wow, what a customer service experience! My consultant Faye, continually went above and beyond to make me feel, valued and informed on everything from initial rates through to making the deal itself. She had an abundance of knowledge which was invaluable as I have never done anything like this before. At one point I even watched "Martin Lewis: money saving expert" and he gave rates out which I enquired about, these were instantly verified and it turned out were not appropriate for me. Without Faye's fantastic explanation, I would have had no idea and been lost in all the jargon talk. I could not recommend her enough and will definitely be letting all my friends and family know to ask for Faye directly when going to Visionary Finance for their needs in the future!
