Katy Evans is my broker for a first-time residential buy. She has been absolutely incredible. She wants to get the best deal for her clients. In my case, I am on a visa and had relatively limited deposit and she was able to get us a great deal in a short-turn around time. She even takes the time out to walk through the illustrations and mortgage offers. For someone like me, who didnt know much about these things, it was super helpful. would definitely recommend to use Katy, as she is an absolute expert in her field.

Excellent job by Katy Evans. From the first meeting and through out the process of finding the perfect mortgage for our new home, Katy has shown great professionalism, nothing has been to much and she dealt with any queries quickly and kept our minds at rest throughout. We will definitely be using Katy again, and would recommend her to friends and family or anyone looking for a new mortgage.
