Steven was less than helpful, doesnt seem competent at his job, told me yesterday they can sort a mortgage then today it doesnt meet their minimum lend.

Really hard to get hold of relevant team Also found engagement difficult had to drive conversations and updates myself However they did deliver in the end which is also good 12th Oct Just to let you know Charleston only tried to call me once and nothing was really resolved so that automatic reply they sent me was pointless

After a misunderstanding, I was pleasantly surprised by their willingness to accept that things could have gone better. Additionally, they were very keen on helping resolve the issue. It's great to work with like-minded businesses.
