Al's Hobbies, the UK's Specialist Model Store

After today I dont think I can spend any more money at Als. How can a business owner snap and talk so rudely to someone who puts money in to his business and its not the first, second or even third time. All because I spoke to him and wanted to buy some lipos, lipo bags and balance leads while his employee was doing a small adjustment in the back on a car I bought from AL just 2 weeks ago. Plus I was the only person in the shop after the man that had been in America for the last 3 years had left (who didnt buy anything). Funny how Al was fine to have a general conversation with him for 10+ minutes while I waited. I took a breath then pointed out, if Im spending money (which shouldnt even matter) then why is it a problem asking him a question about something I want to buy from his shop right there and then. 5 minutes later you realise your mistake then want to give me your life story instead just saying SORRY for snapping at me FOR NO REASON. I can emphasise that your mother had a stroke last week but how was that caused or got anything to do with me. Im a person who wants things right away which is why I have gone back time after time but after today I will have to learn to be patient and drive to Selections in Leighton Buzzard or order online. Its been a trying 14-15 years Al, I wish you the best with your business but you seriously need to work on your customer service or let someone else man the store. Even the MKRC group say how rude you are.
