Took my car to this garage last year after taking it to Mr clutch and them completely ruining my car! Mr clutch fitted the wrong clutch as well as breaking numerous other things then told me they couldnt sort it out for another 2 days when I took it back, I am a driving instructor so rely on my car being on the road, I took it to clutch master and they were amazing, he moved things around to get me in quickly knowing it was costing me money being off the road, he did a great job putting everything right and provided me with a full report to help assist me in my claim against Mr Clutch... the moral of the story is DO NOT GO TO MR CLUTCH they are completely incompetent and extremely rude to their customers, clutch master is the way forward, I have complete faith in them and will definitely take my car there again

Not had any work actually done by this garage YET but I can say this: a few years ago I took my car (like Sharon) to Mr Clutch who tried to rip me off a new gearbox and about a grand or so of useless work. I do a fair bit of work on cars myself at novice level so knew they were wrong. As Clutch Master was down the road and father in law said he good I decided to get a 2nd diag on it. I needed nothing doing, clutch was worn but otherwise biting ok. Agree - NEVER go to Mr Clutch - this guy seems honest and I'll be getting my SMAX timing belt/water pump, aux belt and glow plugs done by him shortly...

I took my car into this garage as I couldn't get my car into gear and I think the clutch had completely gone. I am not impressed with this garage and I think their customer service is really poor! I got told that they would ring me on Monday to tell me what the problem is but I didn't get that phone call. I had to chase them the next day and they also told me that the clutch cylinder needs replacing, I asked them how much that would be and the answer was I don't know, someone will ring you back. I didn't get a phone call for a good 2 hours, I thought why would it take that long to give me a quote! They told me how much it would be but when I went to collect my car there was no one on reception, I thought gosh this is ludicrous! When the guy eventually served me He seemed to be having a go at me, I don't know if he was having a bad day and took it out on me! He asked me if my car has been standing for a long time and more or less made out that I don't look after my car!I have never been spoken to in this manner from any other garage. If I spoke to my clients in this manner then I would lose my clients! When I was about to settle the payment the total was totally different to what they quoted me on the phone. They don't seem to include VAT when they quote over the phone, I have never come across this before! I would never return to this garage again. I feel their customer service is poor, customers should be treated with respect and not be spoken to in a rude manner.
