I only visited the gym and women's changing rooms. Gym is fair size with plenty of equipment that appears clean, staff sanitise machines every so often. Wipes and tissues are provided to clean used equipment and water stations after use.
There is also a squash court here.
I visited the gym between 12pm and 2pm and I was pleased as it twas not very busy! I wasn't bothered during my workout or stretch.
The changing rooms have showers, hairdryers, and plenty of lockers. I didn't use it apart from to store my items away.
