We dealt with a lady called Jess. She was perfect from day 1. Jess saw us straight away and got us on the market within a couple of days and managed to sell our house within a week. Jess done a fantastic job helping us sort out all the little bits and made us feel included. Jess was also very good with our 1 year old son which we were really happy about. We couldnt have asked for anything more, very happy with what we got.

4 & 1/2 years ago i had the pleasure of meeting Mike Collis. At the time he was working for another estate agent and had visited my wife & I to value my wife's mothers property in readiness for her to go into care. Mike arrived and very quickly realised that this was going to take some time before the property was ready to market but gave us his time, gave us advice and left saying he would keep in contact. That contact became a monthly call to check in and when my mother in law passed away Mike was ready to help us with the probate valuation. He talked us through the paperwork and helped us with arranging the house to be cleared all without pushing a potential sale. When we were ready to sell the house we went straight to Mike who gave us all the help we needed and although a rocky sale he kept us well informed through to completion. Over the time now he has helped not only ourselves but 3 other members of our family and when my wife sadly passed away last year not only did Mike personally send flowers but he attended the funeral and that meant a lot from someone i know my family are very fond of. Mike is a fantastic estate agent and even though he is at another agent now i will not hesitate to contact him when i come to sell my house. If you are thinking of selling Mike is your man.

We dealt with Marshalls and they we excellent throughout the who experience. (even after we had a buyer pull out at the last minute.) Everything was very transparent and communication (both e-mails and verbal) was always informative. Jess who handled our sale was brilliant, always available, professional, friendly and a calm voice in a sometimes stressful environment.

I dealt with Marshalls Estate Agents when purchasing my property some six years ago and they were great, so l decided to use them again when l decided to sell the property. This time they were fantastic!!! Especially Jess. She's so professional, helpful and dedicated. Always willing to go the extra mile. Great communication skills and pleasant to work with. No wonder l had a stress free sale. I recommend Jess to anyone looking for an Estate agent to work with, either buying or selling
