Frosts Removals

Used Frosts Removals yesterday for our move and they are genuinely great. Dealt with Andrew on the phone who was helpful and responsive throughout, then Jay and Arataf did our move for us. On time, friendly, very helpful and did not complain about anything, we had a bunch of very awkward and heavy items to bring down 5 floors and they did it all nice and safely.

Absolutely amazing group of men! From the time we reached out about our initial quote to the time we arrived at our new property (over 3 hours away), extremely professional and just absolutely outstanding! I'd recommend them 100% Cameron and Daniel were extremely patient during the quoting stage and when we realised we'd need a bigger van or another van, Daniel organised it for a day before but honoured the cheaper rare fir each van. The crew that turned up were fabulous, efficient and extremely polite. What a wonderful group of gentlemen! Would use Frosts Removals ANYDAY!!

I had a superb experience. 5 stars for everything. The guys were amazing. Punctual, professional, efficient and fast. They know what they do. Very polite. The smile did not leave their faces despite of the long day. Zero damages, zero scratch on a wall. I strongly recommend frostmove. Big thank you to Jay, Arafat and Saddam. Not to forget the Andrew who arrange the whole mission. 10 stars to the team
