        Upon purchase for my new watch at Lyons Milton Keynes, I had an amazing experience. I had my appointment booked with Mr Ali Hussain Shah; for which he was polite and welcoming. He was also very attentive and knowledgable on all my questions on watch care and the details on the watch itself. Very high quality staff that suits the high quality watches that Lyons sell! Most importantly, thank you to Ali and the whole team at Lyons for such an amazing experience and I will be coming back very soon.

        I had initially enquired through their website regarding Rolex. I had a reply back almost immediately from May inviting me in to discuss further. I had popped in on the off chance and although May wasn't available, her colleague Stuart made me feel welcome and spoke with me for around half an hour. I returned home and contacted May to arrange an appointment, and the service and knowledge provided was second to none. She happily answered any questions I had and explained the process perfectly, which is exactly what I needed. She brought out a few watches which were the closest match to the ones I was interested in, let me try on and made recommendations as well as highlighting the key differences. Couldn't recommend the team here highly enough.

        I do not write reviews normally, however on this occasion I am compelled to do so. I recently visited Lyons in Milton Keynes to inquire about a Rolex DateJust 41 mm. Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted by the Manager. I had my appointment booked with a gentlemen named Mr Ali Hussain Shah. I was truly impressed by Mr Shah's professional attitude and his impeccable customer service skills. His knowledge regarding Rolex watches is extraordinary, he is a asset to the Lyons Brand. I highly recommend Lyons in MK, check them out for luxury watches you will not be disappointed. :-)
