Fantastic company to do business with, in one of the most stressful of times. Helen couldn't be more friendly and helpful and accommodating even when our dates changed. The removal men were friendly, professional and you can see that they take pride in their work and do everything they can, to ensure the move goes through smoothly and without any preventable problems. They ensured everything was satisfactory in our new home before departing the long way home from Worcester.

After about 30 years, I decided that I needed to move home. WS Removals helped make the stressful process bearable. In the final stages I found it comforting that WS Removals were able to respond and offer me confidence that when the day came they would be there for me. On the day before completion, the WS team arrived and packed a large proportion of the stuff I wanted to take with me. And, on completion day they completed the packing and were rapidly ready for the move. The keys for my new home were available by 11.30 - so unloading was able to proceed at pace. By mid afternoon the Team were able to leave unpacking to us. On those two days the WS team were excellent, careful with the packing and responsive as we had to decide where the boxes should go. (Later they returned to collect the empty boxes.) The Team provided an excellent service - if you are preparing to move home give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
