Nice store to visit and lots of verity available. Staff is helpful in their big store but staff in small store specially the store manager is bit wiered, she was not treating her staff well plus oder paid in store got cancelled right one day before collection. Reason for 2 star is due to their online system failure for 3 times. Book rings for times n got cancellation email right one day before collection. No curtsy call before cancellation. No certificate provided for dimond products under certain price limits. Insurance of product is also really expensive.

The manager Paul was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with regards to my purchase, he is an asset to Ernest Jones and I highly recommend dealing with him for any enquiries/purchases. Thank you again Paul, I love my new Tudor watch!

I visited my local Earnest Jones to enquire about a Tudor watch, however I was advised that this particular store wasnt one of the 12 Tudor stores which range Tudor. I then decided to place the order for the watch I was after online, only to have notification 2 days later, that the order had been cancelled due to no stock allocation. Feeling a bit disheartened, I then returned to my local Earnest Jones to see if they could double check any of the Tudor stores, and they said the Milton Keynes branch and one other had a unit showing as available, but that it could have been either a return or reserved for someone else. Nevertheless they sent an email on my behalf to the store to enquire about the stock status. I then received a call from Donna at the MK branch very soon after, and the whole experience was simply fantastic despite being a remote transaction. She felt sincerely empathetic to my cancelled order - The urgency in which she investigated the cancelled order and the available unit in their stock was hugely appreciated. Her communication felt very personal, professional and courteous and was very swift and efficient throughout the entire interaction. She even called me after closing hours to double check Id received her confirmation email and to ensure it got delivered to the correct address. Despite being 80 miles away from the store, I think I will endeavour to always transact with Donna at this MK branch - levels above other retailers and branches Id visited. Hybrid retailing done right. Thank you Donna for your excellent effort and enthusiasm to ensure I had the best experience possible.
