Very good customer care. Very good and thorough presentation of knowledge and information about the products that the agency has on offer. Even if you are dealing with the loan offer process for the first time, Mick will explain slowly and thoroughly with patience and understanding the language barrier. Patience, willingness to help and accuracy, and at the same time a very nice atmosphere only encourages cooperation. My transaction process has just started and I know that everything will be successful. I recommend.

Mick Rammuni did our remortgage to help pay off the Help To Buy loan.
