I was almost giving up hope of finding a shared-ownership property and then I met Jonny from Elevation! Jonny promised me he'd do his best to help me and he didn't disappoint! Along with the lovely Jennie, they helped me every step of the way with the purchase of my newbuild property. Both of them offered a very personal and friendly service, and kept me fully informed throughout. We moved in last Friday to our beautiful home and I'm so grateful to both of them. Thank you to my dream team Jonny & Jennie!!! An absolute pleasure to deal with you both.

June 2013 (yes nearly 10 years ago!), I wont forget the nasty guy from the agency, when I called to know what happened with the negotiation.... and he replied "Sorry it is gone", I asked "What do you mean, it is gone?" and he hung up!. Complementing the story, I was buying a new property, I reserved the plot managed by Elevation, Elevation also found a buyer for my current property and I had already a mortgage. Everything was perfect... just I was in renegotiation due a small issue and suddenly they removed me...like that ! I was shocked, alone. I was not in Milton Keynes (working weekdays away). I lost the property of my dreams. I can only provide as a I possitve aspect is that Rob Astley (an agent at that time) was really nice person and he dealt with the new property but I think he also helped to find a quick seller for my property. Unfortunately he was on holidays during this renegotiation when the nasty guy (I dont know his name) did what he did, perhaps some miss-information was communicated between Elevations and Abbey homes....definetely, I would have not lost the property if I was dealing with the same person(mentioned), I was not the only affected, the buyers of my house were also affected as I could not continue. How traumatic could be dealing with the wrong person in an essential moment!. Obviously I should have acted in a more challenging way but I didnt and I regret it. After nearly 10 years, I sometimes think of that.
