Fronius Support staff are some of the most helpful people I've encountered. They have gone out of their way to find a part for one of my old IG-TL 3.6 inverters simply as a good will gesture. They have managed to find the required part and inform me that they are sending it to me within 24 hours of me contacting them. That is what I consider to be excellent customer service.

Excellent Inverters and excellent customer service. Thanks in particular to Euan who was very patient and went the extra mile (literally) to help. 20 year expected life and work really well with Victron systems.

Very happy with both the product (Fronius Primo Inverter) and the after sales both of which have been excellent. Inverter has performed flawlessly since installation as a key part of our home energy system. Had some issues with the readings from the smart meter that were quickly resolved. Thanks in particular to Euan who was happy to come to the house to sort when we couldn't resolve online.

Completed Frustrating after using Fronius for more than 15 years. I have used a Fronius welding set for many years even before they came to the UK. In the last 10 years I bought 6 Fronius welding sets. 2 direct from Fronius and 4 online. The problem with the Fronius UK, they are so mean as they work for a very high technology welding company. I was going to buy the Fronius TPS i 500 and it was the worst welding experience I ever had, this means I was comparing the Fronius TPS 500 versus Fronius TPS i 500. The welding gas the manufacturer asked me to use was not good, the salesman was telling me I was not getting adept to use the new gas. Effect the machine was welding so bad that I gave up and I bought the ex-demo TPS 500. Year later I asked them to bring the new TPS i again to re-test, and the machine never worked with the gas they asked me to use, they did not like the Idea I was telling them the gas was not good to weld when they were selling a lot of machines and no one complained. ( no one complained because they used much inferior welding sets in the past but this was not my case) (affected I have to prove to them the gas was not good). In 2018 I done I quite big job for a company where I had to wait for a year to get paid and my business suffered from cash flow and I had to prioritise pay first the ones I own more and unfortunately I had to pay late my invoice of 544.00 with 90 days instead 30 days to Fronius UK. ( because I had outstanding balance the salesman wants to block me to my on pro-forma invoice, I spent around 40 minutes argument with them, its not make sense them stop selling me because I have one outstanding invoice ( come guys I spent around 40k in 10 years buying Fronius equipment is that is the way to treat someone in the difficult times? Did 544.00 would make Fronius run out legs? NO.) but eventually after 45 minutes they sold me the spares. Some point in 2019 I run out spares again and I went to Fronius to buy the spare, when I walk in everything was fine soon someone pass and recognised me they start to make excuses to not selling, eventually I ask to speak with the manager and he was not there, but at this time I was recording all my conversations and I told them I was recording, they call the security to kick me out and did not sold me the spares. As I told you I was going to take you to Court, shortly I will, I already passed all my emails and the audio record plus this beautiful letter you sent me. This is very frustrating a company in this scale doing this to a customer, you have to sales me spares if you like or not, as you are the only company near me to buy spares, I drove 100 miles to come back with empty hands, I had to hire a welding set to be able to finish the job it was on my table, as I have only Fronius welding sets and as Fronius is not EU conventional machine I have to buy spares direct.
