Luke jumped straight onto my machine, it seemed to only take him a minute or three to determine the issue and I was up and away again. Having Aztech's support is better than having an IT director and support team in house, for some reason I have the A Team theme tune playing in my head as I type this...definitely the people to call when you have a problem and no one else can help!

I was working from home yesterday and I received a call from our site team when they were locking up in the evening to say that we had experienced a power outage and one of the boxes in the server room was showing a critical error. I emailed your helpdesk and knowing it was out of hours didnt expect a response until the following morning. Lewis call me later in the evening to say that he had checked everything out and it all looked fine but that if we had any problems in the morning we should let you know and you would get someone to site. I really felt you went over and above and Lewis was so polite and helpful. It really is an outstanding service.
