Both my daughter and I love, love, love attending our KMDT classes! We love the fact that we can train together (I would have been too self-conscious to join an adult-only class and I wanted to be part of her learning journey, anyway)! We love learning the new skills and physical techniques that Sanjeev and the Team perform so effortlessly (we will get there one day!)! Each week we are taught something different and are left with a sense of empowerment, knowing that these new moves could ultimately get us out of a sticky situation some day! And finally, we love being part of the friendly, supportive KMDT family! Please come and join us! You wont be disappointed!

Over the years Ive tried many self defence courses but have never really taken to it as much as I have Krav Maga. I entered with a mindset that Id be no good but now I enter each class knowing that Ill be better each time. KMDT isnt just a class but more of a family where everyone feels welcome, pulls together, helps bring each other forward and never leaves anyone behind. Ive no regrets in joining and I strongly recommend KMDT Krav Maga.

Super friendly and welcoming club. The instructors are very supportive and all members are really friendly, it really does feel like joining a family. The techniques taught are all based on real life situations and you learn things that actually work to diffuse/end such a situation quickly and effectively.

A superb club, well organised, safety first and extremely friendly. My son (14) looks forward to every lesson and has progressed very quickly. The instructors are amazing. I don't have anything negative to say or any suggestions for them to improve. If you are reading this, you're probably looking for a club. Stop looking and give it a go. I am certain you will enjoy a great welcome from a very friendly bunch of people and the instructors will have something to teach you whether you are a complete beginner or an expert. I cannot rate this club highly enough.
