Kitchen Matters

We were extending the kitchen into the garage, so our kitchen had to be designed off plan and was somewhat complex. Imogen at Nolte got the idea very quickly and came up with the best design and mock-up we saw, with a real eye for detail. She could not have been more responsive to our need for minor changes, and for reassurance regarding colours and design, and everything was backed up with full costings and pictures. Once ordered, our Shaker kitchen with a modern twist proved everything we had hoped for and the execution was exactly as promised, plus Imogen went over and above through visits to check up etc. No stone was left unturned, for clients who were probably somewhat particular! Even our builder, who installed the kitchen, was impressed, once he got over the extensive instructions in German (they were in English as well!). All was completed in three months from order to our considerable satisfaction, and Imogen helped us through the hundred little decisions which need to be made through the process with a smile and authentic interest in the outcome. We would recommend Imogen and Nolte without hesitation!

We went to the Milton Keynes store, looking for a kitchen for our new build home. We made an appointment with Vicky Bratt, who had been recommended. We found her knowledgeable, informative and above all, receptive to our suggestions and ideas. Vicky did an excellent plan which we had within the week and she spent a considerable amount of time with us, going through this plan and showing us examples of what she was suggesting. The layout of doors and windows in our kitchen was a challenge and we were delighted with the various ways in which she dealt with this. Throughout the process, Vicky was on hand to respond to queries and made the whole experience remarkably stress -free. She was also very helpful when we had a couple of queries after installation. All in all we couldn't be more satisfied.

Hi Wanted to write a review on the service and the product provided by The Kitchen group . Mine was a new build and visited various shops but once we meet Vicky the Kitchen group ( Nolte Kitchen) then we stopped looking elsewhere . She is really knowledges and very patient and an excellent designer , was very adoptive for all the changes we requested and very pleasant and had many ideas with solutions for our queries . Very prompt in answering our mail queries ( During covid times) Will recommend the service to all The workmanship and the finished products are very good Will go back to them especially with Vicky for her knowledge and design on the kitchens

After moving house and needing another new kitchen, we had no hesitation in going back to Amol at Kitchen Matters. Our new house demanded a complete change in style to our previous kitchen with Kitchen Matters and Amols advice re. the layout, kitchen cupboards and worktop choices now fit perfectly with the style of our new house we love it. So pleased with all the appliances chosen. Amol and Vikki have a great depth of knowledge of all products and were very helpful and patient when choosing! The installation as last time was flawless. Plasterers, fitters, electricians, plumbers were all very professional, on time and kept to a strict schedule some we had met before, so very experienced too. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Matters and would use them again but dont plan on moving again anytime soon!
