We found each aspect of the process of having our new blinds fitted a positive experience from the visit to the showroom through measuring up, providing us with some temporary blinds and then to the actual fitting. Friendly, professional and very helpful throughout, while keeping us informed of developments. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asked.

Excellent communication from start to finish. There are few companies that specialise in electric blinds in my local area and Elegancy Blinds were prompt to arrange consultation and blinds installation which made the decision easy to make. Min provided some excellent design ideas that helped us deciding on the types of blinds to use based on the layout of the space and our budget. David kept us up-to-date with the progress and was flexible with appointments which made the process went swiftly overall. Ben and his team were friendly and professional. Very happy with the results and how efficiently it was all finished. One only minor downside would be the mobile app for the electric blinds is a little clunky.
