Phoned this company up to see if they could quote for a new radiator and valves Told them what I required and they came back on the same day with a very competitive quote Actually visited the shop and assistant was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions and gave me brochures to take away I had some further questions which were answered and when asked for something else they were able to quote for that too The manager Matt is who Ive dealt with on the phone and he is so polite and courteous and extremely helpful too Would recommend a visit here for your plumbing needs rather than the Big Brand shops who have no one about to help you Thank you Matt and team Keep up the good work and service that you provide Sarah Bjorkegren

On a Saturday morning I phoned New City Heating to place an order for a shower riser kit. When your knowledge of bathroom fittings is as limited as mine, you need Ellie Sholnick to take your call. Her cheerful, expert professionalism guided me through all my options. This was clearly someone who knows the business of bathrooms. She was genuinely interested in helping me to make the right decision first time, at the right price. This is the sort of service we sometimes forget still exists, so worth shouting about.

Hi, Ive just been round the houses trying to repair a leaking tap, I went to new city heating in Stony Stratford and straight away the staff member got just the part I needed and gave me useful advice on how to sort my problem out, he couldnt have been more helpful! very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly a great service new city heating!
