        I've had multiple hires at this location since over the las years. Their customer service and cars are top notch and never disappoint. Highly recommended for your car rental needs. Just a minor comment, sometimes the car external body is a bit dirty, would like a cleaner body before picking up my rental. Thanks!

        Great experience from Newport Parnell enterprise! Speak to Ronny, he sourced me a car and I was away within 1 hour of a reservation coming through from Insurance. Ronny was professional and a great guy to have a laugh with. Showed me around the car like he was selling it to me! Jokes aside he made sure I was comfortable with the car and showed me the gadgets, appreciate that a lot. The branch was busy but he assured customers and I that we'll be on our way. Next time Im there hopefully Ronny is Manager!

        Had to hire car as I had an accident in our Motability vehicle! Had excellent service from Jack and the team! Explained everything and were all so kind and understanding! Thank you for making the experience so stress free!
